- Discussing ICE plan - we’ve learned that management has shared a management plan but when staff have inquired they have shared to connect with management in an issue arises.
- Our plan is to continue pushing to have the plan shared so that staff and management can be on the same page.
- Depot and Palace Pub - ICE is technically allowed to be inside the building in a public areas only because they are restaurants.
- Based on our contract, staff can not be reprimanded by First Ave management for leaving a situation if they are uncomfortable because ICE is present.
