- Summary: In exchange for the Union withdrawing the Grievances, the Company will pay all bargaining unit employees currently active in ADP, who also completed the Training since August 4th, for an additional 60 minutes of time at their regular rate of pay for their participation in the Training on the paycheck dated November 21st, 2025
