      CBA Article 9 Section 3

      A minimum of one (1) week before the deadline for posting of the schedule, employees who have venue, location within venue, and/or position scheduling preferences shall submit to management such preferences... While the number of hours and other preferences are not guaranteed during a given shift, and provided there is a business need to fill a given role on a shift, management shall use it's best efforts to attempt to accommodate each employee's scheduling preferences.

      CBA Article 9 Section 4
      Scheduling Criteria. Management will assign work shifts to employees per the following criteria: (a) business needs to fill the role on the shift, (b) availability of the employee to work, (c) the employee's venue seniority, and (d) the employee's eligibility to work in a classification. Management will make good faith efforts to accommodate employees' expressed preferences."

Better pay! Pre-contract all positions of work started at minimum wage. Now role classifications have better pay rates for non-tipped workers. Plus Longevity Pay! Years of service respected!

Longevity Premium Addendum

Employees will be eligible to receive an hourly premium ("Longevity Premium") on top of the regular hourly wage rate for their work on non-tipped shifts which such Longevity Premium will be calculated as follows:

  1. Definition of Longevity Years of Service. Longevity Years of Service means the full years of service of those employees who have remained continuously employed with no break in service since their date of hire and will be measured as of January 1 each year.
  2. Longevity Premium Schedule. An additional sum will be paid for hours worked on a non-tipped shift according to the Longevity Premium schedule so long as the employee is actively working with no break in continuous service:
